May 2015 was a very fun, full month! A lot of warm, gray mornings (which are great for playing outside before the sweltering heat hits us this summer) and lots of activities to keep us busy.
I had been out of the habit of asking for boxes at Costco because it seemed like more of a hassle...until one day when I did, I realized how much fun we'd been missing out on :-).
My little sweetie in her outfit from Rebekah, though getting a shot where she wasn't jumping was difficult...
Kicked off Mother's Day weekend by making some of my mom's banana bread with my sweet girl
On Saturday morning, we dressed up our cutie & sent her off with her grandparents for a fun overnight...

...so the other three of us could celebrate the marriage of Patrick's good friend Peter and his love Catherine in Julian, CA...

We tried out a lot of the activities from my new book on screen-free toddler activities...the little beach...

Flax seed goo (she only played with this for about as long as it took to take the picture)...
I think this was her favorite, 3D paint...
I got Vianne a new dry-erase tracing book to start practicing letters & numbers ~ she loves it!
Of course, the usual amount of dress-up occurred...
A quick stop at Fuller, chillin' in the double stroller. They've been enjoying the face-to-face seat position of late!
Later that day we celebrated our friend Melissa's 40th birthday at a park in Monrovia...

And the very last day of the month was the busiest of all...
It started out with a trip to PazNaz's morning service where our beloved pastor Scott Daniels was saying goodbye to the congregation. Here, singing with the executive pastor Scott Anderson, in one of their famous powerful duets!
Our buddy Noah was baptized during the service and afterwards we celebrated with cake!
A little down time at home (such a good Daddy)..
And then we had a fun party for Rachelle's birthday!
