Oden Adventures

Since we were leaving for Oregon on the 22nd, we had our own "Christmas Morning" on Saturday the 20th.  Not that it makes much difference, the 25th being the arbitrary date that it is ~ it felt just like "real" Christmas!

May be the only year I get away with matching clothes...

 After reading the Christmas story together from Vianne's Children's Bible, we explored the loot in our stockings.

 I got some fun socks in mine!

 And then, presents!

 V's gift from Oliver (even though she looked at me in disbelief and said, "He's too little.")

 And V's gift to O...

 Oliver, who just days before began holding & exploring toys, was a lot more into it than I had imagined!

 A tool box for each of them!

Then we had breakfast together.  This is Vianne looking up and saying, "Happy Birthday to Jesus in Heaven!" :-)
