Week Thirty-Three with Vianne

The main event of this week was Thanksgiving, but I'll do a separate post about that.  Otherwise, it was cuteness as usual around here!  Hanging out in the high chair...(highly recommend this Fisher Price seat: it's portable, straps onto any table chair, inexpensive, easy to clean, and can be used as a booster seat until the kid is ready to sit on a chair.)
Doing the lounging pose...
When Granma Oden babysat the previous Saturday, she left her water bottle & it became Vianne's favorite plaything of the week.  She loves the sloshing sound the water makes.  Cheap thrills for this kid!  Also, sporting her rockstar hoodie ($4.20 on clearance at Target - cheap thrills for this Mama!)

I was sitting on the couch and I looked over and there she is, using her dog as a pillow & 'reading' her book (she was holding it up above her head, turning the pages), like a middle-aged man reading a newspaper.  It was SO cute.  She also is getting really good at smiling when she sees me pull out the camera :-D.
I realized while bathing her the night before Thanksgiving that I never take and/or share any bath time photos with Vianne's adoring fans, and yet bath time is prime cuteness.  She loves her bath, loves loves loves splashing in the water, and then is always adorable while drying off with the towel...

And a little video of the cuteness. This also captures her affinity for the words "Ba" and "Da"...
On Sunday, Vianne & I were hanging out in the living room, and I decided it was time that Vianne & Martin were formally introduced.  (This will give you some clue as to how much time Martin has spent outside his case since she was born :/...)
They were fast friends....we three sang a few tunes together!
